We offer a range of luxury chauffeur services including airport transfers, corporate travel, private tours, event and occasion transfers, and bespoke hourly bookings. We cater to individual and group needs with a fleet of premium European vehicles.
How do I book a chauffeur service?
You can easily book our services online by clicking here through our website, via email, or by phone. For corporate clients, we offer a dedicated portal for self-managed bookings and account management.
What vehicles are available in your fleet?
Our fleet includes a range of premium vehicles to suit individuals, families, and groups of all sizes:
- Toyota Camry Bright Silver Touring (1–2 guests)
- Mercedes-Benz GLE 300D SUV Black Edition (1–4 guests)

All vehicles are meticulously maintained and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and luxurious experience.
Are your prices all-inclusive?
Yes, our prices are all-inclusive with no hidden fees or surcharges. You’ll know the full cost of your trip upfront, including any tolls, parking fees, or additional charges, which are all included in the quoted price. Wait time and additional stops that aren’t within the scope of the booking will be charged additionally.
Can I book a chauffeur service by the hour?
Yes, we offer hourly bookings that provide you with a dedicated chauffeur for the duration of your reservation. This service is ideal for clients needing flexible transportation throughout the day.
How far in advance do I need to book?
While we recommend booking as early as possible with a minimum of 12 hours to secure your preferred vehicle and time, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. If your booking is within 12 hours, please email or call our office.
Do you provide baby and booster seats?
Your children’s safety is our number one priority. We provide baby capsules, child seats, and booster seats across our fleet. All seat types are available on request—please let us know your requirements at the time of booking so we can ensure the correct seat is fitted for your journey.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time, so if your flight is delayed, we will adjust the pick-up time accordingly at no extra cost. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you land.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
We will work with you to reschedule your transfer whether your cancelled flight is inbound or outbound.
Where will my driver meet me at Hobart Airport?
In line with Hobart Airport regulations, all our drivers adhere to pickup and drop-off instructions based on vehicle type. Chauffeur Cars Luxury Tours & Transfers has its own parking bay at Hobart Airport, and we meet our guests inside the terminal at the baggage carousel.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes, we have vehicles that can accommodate groups of all sizes, from luxury sedans to buses for larger groups. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How can I track my vehicle on the day of service?
You will receive an email and SMS message with details on meeting your chauffeur at the baggage carousel of Hobart Airport.
Are your services available 24/7?
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you have an early morning flight or a late-night event, we provide reliable and luxurious transportation. A 15% surcharge applies for transfers between 10pm and 6am.
Can I book a transfer with multiple stops?
Yes, we offer flexible bookings that allow for multiple stops during your journey. Whether you need to attend several meetings, run errands, or pick up friends and family along the way, our chauffeurs will accommodate your schedule.
Are your chauffeurs accredited?
All of our chauffeurs are fully licensed and accredited with the Department of State Growth and have extensive knowledge of Tasmania. They are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and discreet service.
